Only given 1 star as you cannot give zero. Never in our lives have we received such poor customer service. It is impossible to get a response from any emails sent to them. Would not recommend this company.

Following a difficult time in which I needed guidance in changing my Will, I found Natalie Whitehead clear, concise and easy to communicate with. She explained all the jargon involved in laymans terms to me which made the changes very straightforward. However, on reading the draft I was still unclear about some decisions I had made at the time and contacted Natalie to ask to clarify some points again for me. She instantly made it clear and I was happy to proceed.

Good service however I would advise people to shop around. We paid over £3500 for a Personal Estate Plan.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Absolutely awful customer service and doesn’t not do what it suggests it does for bereavement either. My dad passed away last November and trust inheritance were left to sell our house in which they HAVE NOT kept us updated whatsoever and have not contacted us on behalf of ‘bereavement’ even though the manager of bereavement is the one dealing with our case! We send multiple emails and get no emails back, they email back every couple of weeks with about one sentence in the email. Currently we have no idea what our house was sold for. The house was sold on the 11th of January and we have heard NOTHING AT ALL from trust inheritance or the lady dealing with our case since the 9th of January, they did not even let us know the house had been sold and that they have received the money. I found out the house was sold through someone who doesn't even work for trust inheritance but had a part in the sale where he replied immediately saying that the house had gone through on the 11th and trust inheritance should have the money. We still have had NO contact from them after continuous emails and phone calls to the company, god knows when we will even see our inheritance because this company is AWFUL.

Currently, all I want to do is amend my will, and the service is terrible. How many months should it take? How many call backs do I need to arrange in order to get someone to talk to me?

We signed up and set our wills up many years ago with a nil band trust to help avoid death duty. We now need to amend our wills but were told such trusts no longer exist so cannot be included, however we can pay an additional £500 for a clause that is similar to the nil band trust though offering less protection. Had the person taking the instructions actually listened they would not have made basic mistakes in the draft wills and they might see that the £500 clause does not meet our needs. It seems the only real driver was to charge £500 for a new will that is not actually fit for purpose. Questions about the draft will, the errors in it and the suitability of a £500 clause have all been meet with silence. The lack of a response of any kind is incredibly poor and frustrating. Had I not already signed up I would go elsewhere. Update: I have been contacted by Trust Inheritance. My issue is not yet fully resolved and I am due to speak to a member of the legal team on Monday..... Update 2: Legal team have been in contact as promised. I have been told there was a systems issue which is why my initial updates were not received but this has been addressed. My issues have all been resolved and handled in a professional manor. The additional £500 charge was an error as we had already paid for extra clauses to be included.

I have been using Trust Inheritance since the 90s. I paid a one off premium for a life time Will writing service. I have had excellent professional, prompt and accurate service every time I have used TI. Far from being expensive, my initial investment, I have found to be excellent value for money. I recommend them without reservation.

My name is Bert Fernandes, husband of Phil whose review space I am using with her permission to write this review on our behalf. This company Trust Inheritance worms it's way into your home with the attractive "£49.00 for a Will writing service" advert. You call them and they come to your house all sweet and smiley. Before you know it the £49.00 has rocketed up to £2000.00 plus for a package that you cannot say "No" to. They sign you up to a payments plan through a well-known bank and leave. You read the paperwork, this feeling of dread appears and you try in vain to find a way to cancel. Too late you are already signed into a contract with the well-known bank to pay up or else. Sorry to say it's too late, you are bound hand and foot and whatever else there is to bind. The £49.00 lie that we believed ended up at around £3276.00 for a Will that we had no use for, so people out there be warned: PLEASE......AVOID THIS FIRM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! Note: There are no Zero stars to award hence the one star....... Plus.....After a few years of invalid Will(s), they have the audacity to contact you with offers to update......mind-boggling cheek!!!
