Really friendly and very professional I'd recommend any time

Bird Heating missed three scheduled appointments for a simple landlord gas safety cert. As a landlord, reliability is important for compliance to regulation. Consequently, due to multiple missed appointments, the gas cert has since expired. After missing the first appointment, Dean asked ME to confirm to him by email our reschedule date which we did and this second appointment was still missed, wasting my time and that of our tenant. This is frustrating as we hired Dean to install a new boiler in 2018 that requires annual servicing by a Bosch engineer for warranty. Needless to say the warranty card has never been stamped and now we are going elsewhere for our annual servicing. I’m not making a recommendation either way, just sharing my experience.
