Worst experience ever. Took the finance,which we agreed they will contact me after the ,,cooling period'' which they never did, had to chase them myself which then they offered an appointment after 2 months when the money was already taken (have in mind they said that if I don't want to loose my tooth I better do it ASAP). I had to refuse on the offer as was in pain and asked for my money back and I will do it elsewhere as can't wait that long. So again was chasing for my money (still haven't got it .now 4 weeks passed). I was promised that someone will ring me several times which they never did. They didn't have a clue what they were doing! In the end they said that I have to pays around 130 £ in fees because I want to cancel it!!! But its not my fault is it ??that I can't wait that long as I am in pain and was promised to receive treatment much more quicker which the manager did agree with this. So explain why do I need to pay 130£ ???
Please be careful as they don't care about the patient they are just interested in your wallet :(

Fantastic dental practice they fitted my son in with extreme pain needing an emergency wisdom tooth removal that two different dentist said they couldn’t undertake meaning my son would of been in pain for months waiting for an NHS referral to Bristol Dental Hospital.
My son Josh and myself would like to thank Salvatore for today’s treatment and experience in removing a very painful tooth.
I would most definitely recommend using this dental surgery.

The more senior receptionist not sure what her name was Made a few passive aggressive remarks. She was using her inside voice on the outside. Did not appreciate her tone in the slightest. Keep personal opinions to yourself especially when talking to customers.

Receptionist were lovely and very helpful. Dentist was the opposite. Recommending treatment that wasnt needed. Also recommended 2 different hygienist appointments but wouldnt say why and what the benefit was. Money rather than patient led

Just had my first treatment with Worle Dental for surgical removal of two teeth which I must say seemed a daunting prospect beforehand. But my goodness, Dr Romy Caruso and dental nurse/technician? Debbie conducted the procedure with such care and efficiency, stopping to ask if I was comfortable at every stage that I am now completely unphased and feeling at ease thinking about my next appointment! Thank you both so much. Administrator Stephanie called me the morning after to check if I was OK, much appreciated, that was a nice touch, feeling grateful I have been able to register with this practice.

I am a BIG baby when it comes to Dentists and I only go when I HAVE to! I sat and cried through the whole experience. But one of the Receptionists, I forget her name but the older of the two, was amazing!! She comforted me and made me laugh throughout the wait and then the Dental Nurse, sorry I don’t know her name either, was fantastic at preoccupying me and calmed me down enough to have the tooth out there and then. Two amazing members of staff!! 💖💖

I am new to the Dental practice,from my initial phone call to register, which was done with care & professionally, On meeting Andre & his nurse, I was put at ease straight away, Andre is an asset to the practice, he has a caring, professional manner, with a good dose of humour, my grandson has now register with Andre, and feels as I do ,thank you to everyone within the practice.

Stellar service from the team here. The friendliest receptionists make the booking process smooth and stress free, and make the waiting environment comfortable before the appointment. I had my appointment with Nick, who walked me through everything he was doing as he was doing it, explaining everything so I'd understand the treatment I was getting.
I also struggle with sensory issues, so having any work done like this is incredibly stressful for me. I was able to wear my headphones during the treatment and stop when I needed a minute. I've never felt so comfortable and looked after at a dentist before. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone. ✨️

After being offered a 5 week wait time for an emergency NHS appointment I turned to Worle Dental centre for help. The reception team are very helpful and greet you with a smile on every visit. After years of rushed and sometimes painful NHS treatments, my dentist Adrian has really got my confidence back. He is clearly passionate about his work and checks on me regularly throughtout the appointment to ensure ime comfortable and that ime happy with the work being done. Price paid is worth it for the excellent customer experience and I will be happily continueing my treatment here in future.

I must say Andre you are the best dental surgeon! I can't thank you enough for making me feel so relaxed when you were doing my tooth extraction today . I highly recommend this dental surgery in Worle hight Street.
