Had my pixel 6 pro fixed by these guys. Really swift service and friendly team. The phone had a little issue once charged up, but a quick message and return visit and the phone was fixed within 20 minutes of returning, with no hassle. Definitely recommend for phone repairs. No matter how complex!

Popped in this morning in a rush to 'fix' my work phone and buy a new one, but should never have worried. Jourdon sorted my very old Huawei P30 Lite and then ran through all the options of a new phone and specs, sorted me a very well priced phone (the same as other well known branded retailers), a screen protector, case and transferred all the data while I had lunch and a walk. Great service and will be back!

Went Into a phone shop in town they couldn't help me and wasn't interested in helping me so I went into the phone guys and jourdon managed to get my phone working and retrieve all my important information very kind and approachable highly recommend

Called in today to see if they could replace the screen on my tablet. They said it would be difficult and better to replace it. Offered me a brand new Samsung tablet latest model at a good price, reduced from original price. I happened to mention that I really didn't need one as I had an I pad at home, but really only needed to get whatsap off the tablet so I could install it on my phone, as you can only have it on one device. He somehow managed to do this for me for free, and in effect I cost him a sale. I was pleasantly surprised at the friendly service I received and can't rate them highly enough. I would really recommend this as the go to place for sales and service and will definitely go to the phone guys in future. Thank you guys. Exceptional.
