I stay in western quite often+come from s.wales. Allways go to this butchers on my last day and buy plenty from them. They have absolutely fantastic deals in there and really cheap compare to most butchers. Can't wait to come back in 2 weeks. The meat is very good quality to. 👌 Thanks boys.

The staff need to cheer up and actually seem happy to be serving you. The meat looks like it's been left all day with no refrigeration as you can see the top of the meat dried out And there seems to be a family of flies who constantly hover about!.. Won't be going back...

A good variety of meats at reasonable prices. There is a section of prepacked, prepriced as well as the 'loose' counter to choose perhaps just one or two chops, for example. Always find the staff to be very pleasant.

A really good butchers selling really good and tasty and cheap fresh and frozen meat including eggs and spices. And a great serving staff

Service above and beyond. I was looking for an alternative to Korean dish as I was desperate. However, Mr. Mason attentively LISTENED and eventhough he dont have a clue what's the name of the dish. Bought a chicken and saveloys on the Friday before Xmas on Monday the chicken stunk of rotten eggs and on Wednesday the saveloys were off too

I would not buy from them. They 'forgot' to send me the milk I ordered and only refunded me the milk amount without the delivery charges when it is their error. This is despite being a regular customer. This is definitely being reported to the trading standards for breach of contract and the bank.

We get meat here once a month as deals are very good, good quality burgers, chicking and pork chops, however sausages we tried twice and its way bellow average taste very cheap with no flavour, they alt to change ingredients to make it taste better 😋

I was given a good service yesterday 17/08/22 at 1655... Tim was polite and helpful on the phone before I got there. When I arrived, Mike served me with another colleague. Again, positive energy, ready to help, good personality.... In the future I shall be ordering meat from them on line and have it delivered to the house...

This butcher is an example of superb customer service and high quality products. The meat is high quality and fresh (can request fresh meat from back if buying in bulk). I always make big orders usually over £200 as I commute from Bristol as I trust the quality of the meat from Palmers. The staff(Diego to name a few) are so friendly and professional and I always get a discount since I spend large amounts in one go which I really appreciate. 5 STAR!!
