Excellent Service! Sean did some work on our back door lock about a year ago and we were very satisfied with the job. We, again, had an issue with the back door last week so called him back under warranty (we thought). As it turned out, it was over a year ago so not in warranty. Also the new fault was actually not related to the original fault. Nonetheless, Sean sorted the problem for us and did it free-of-charge. We asked about payment but he wouldn’t hear of it.
