Organised a door repair for an old friend through another company who promised but didn’t deliver, BUT this friendly, efficient company we’re so very helpful and arranged the necessary repairs quickly at very reasonable cost! My old pal is delighted, as I am too! Dependability is the key here! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I wouldn't say my experience with getting a new automatic door was entirely trouble-free. I think the disruption caused by covid and various other factors have hampered operations somewhat. That said, extremely happy with my door which had some unusual requirements. Top quality install job and very reasonably priced. Your only problem may be having to wait in the queue.

Fixed garage door when broke within a few hours of calling before, so great service. But recently emailed them regarding maybe getting a new door. But had no response in over a week. Not the best way to try potential customers

Great work by the team to get our new garage doors fitted before the end of the year. The fitters were professional, worked fast and tidied up well. It did take a while to get our quote following the initial visit (possibly due to disruption caused by COVID), but subsequent communications were excellent. Recommended.

I also couldn't recommend these guys enough. Excellent customer service.They were able to replace the mechanism on my garage door under guarantee and at no cost to myself even though I didn't have the original receipt and I didn't know the company who had installed it originally as I wasn't living in the house at the time. I would definitely use them again.

First class, amazing customer service!!! I emailed them out of hours with an image of the repair required for my garage door cables that had snapped, the next morning I received a call with a quote and that afternoon an engineer was out to fix the door for me. I bought an electric roller door from these guys back in 2001 and was very pleased with it. I've recently moved into a new property and I'm in the middle of having a new garage built. So I contacted Simon and he came around to go through the options. He then came back a few weeks later to measure the opening width of the garage now that the walls had started to go up. After over a week I hadn't heard from him (bare in mind I haven't actually committed to the purchase at this time) so I emailed him...no reply. So a few days later I rang the office and spoke to a nice lady and she said she would get Simon to give me a call or she would phone me back the same day. I was ready to accept the quote and pay the deposit but after 2 weeks I have not heard from them. I don't understand! I've now gone with another local company.

Really happy with the electric door these guys fitted over a year ago now. They were very competitive on price, installed the door without issue in half a day and were very helpful after installation too. Can't ask for more.

A great bunch of guys. Great door and competitively priced. Just had to call them back again when it started to behave oddly after 18 months. I'd like to thank Andy, who'd fitted it too, for being so tactful when he pointed out I'd put an old car battery too close to it. Doh! He even took the battery away with him so I wasn't tempted to do it again. Great service all round. Thoroughly recommended.
