Flabbergasted! I went in for 4 cornrows at a cost of £20, I found the owner to be nice at the time and we had a good chat and I listened to her problems, she offered to remove a hair braid that I'd had done on holiday and she did the cornrows, I paid the £20, I said thank you and I left. As the day went on, I started to get headaches from where the cornrows were so tight, I politely messaged her to ask if they'd relieve after a couple of days and I didn't get a response, even though she'd read the message, I asked if I could pop in and she still ignored me. The following day, I popped into the shop and she was doing a child's braids, I said, I can see you're busy and asked politely if she could loosen the cornrows a little or take them out and do them again when it's convenient, as I'd had a terrible nights sleep with the pain, she went mad at me, calling me a liar and that they don't hurt me and threatened to call 'her people' to the shop, I said, I wouldn't ask you for cornrows and then pretend they hurt if they didn't and how we'd got on well yesterday and had a good chat and how I'd listened to her problems, she replied aggressively with "did I pay you for your time? NO!" I said I've come in here politely and she was still threatening me and saying she'd call the town security to get me out! I said, I'm not doing anything wrong and I politely asked for my money back, if she wasn't going to rectify the situation and she said the £20 was for taking out my previous hair braid, that she'd offered to remove! She marched me out of the shop, whilst still threatening me. I have never experienced anything like it in my life.

I went in to get my hair done for the first time I found the woman to be really rude and certainly over priced no patience either. I’d rather get a train to Bristol than have someone mock me like that!

Bad bad service!!!! Partner purchased some hair under her advice.. 2 inches to long when went to return for smaller size/refund. Woman behind till acted unprofessional ignorant and just dam rude to help in any way... Will not recommend or use again
