Place is close to pier rooms was clean free wifi and sam was very helpful with me and my mothers few days stay price seems best for location is cheapest in town

Host made us feel very welcome and was very helpful. We did see breakfast was included but it wasn't. There are cafes close and reasonably priced. I would stay again. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Me and my wife stayed here and was the best stays we have had. The service was excellent polite and friendly and the room was clean and the decor was up to date but still had the original historic features. We would recommend this place to anyone. And its close to all amenities and all with in walking distance.

Lovely spacious family room, a little shop straight across the road, tattoo parlour few minutes away, local cafe few minutes away, 5 minute walk to the arcades, and 7 minute walk to the beach and grand pier. Loads of local shops from shoe zone to peacokcs, macdonalds, a chicken shop, and the sovereign shopping centre. Lovely staff at the hotel who will help with your every need. Loved staying here and will certainly be back.

As a family of 5 we were very happy with our stay. Nice size room, bathroom and everything was fresh and clean. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. It was a comfortable place to stay. Close to shops and sea front. Definitely recommend. The only slight issue we had was the shower drain was blocked and water took a little while to go down the plug. Other then that it was a lovely place to spend the 4 nights :)

From outside its not appealing but pleasantly surprised the size of the room comfortable bed clean fridge in room tea coffee n hot chocolate with kettle and mugs towels and hand wash available, met the owner whom showed us the room on suite shower electric took some working out but hot tad small bathroom but again it did what it said on the packet. Now the bad bits..... apart from outside appearance the road is very busy day and night... seagulls are abundant from 4am mostly and extremely loud. Big issue parking ! Its right off the main Shops, only side street parking unless your disabled which is FREE all day every day, then it's street parking after 6pm till 8am free then you have to move it. But we overcame it. All in all what I paid for 3 nights was actually worth the inconvenience of parking. And it's central for everything 5 min walk to beach shops theatres etc.

Have just stayed in this guesthouse.....fab. Lovely clean room, with a great shower. Location is ideal very central and close to the sea front. I would definitely stay here again. Many thanks x

A really good, spacious, clean family room with a private bathroom and free WiFi. We were a family of four, and the room could have easily slept 5 or 6. The room was clean and there were clean towels provided and also a good selection of tea,coffee and hot chocolate. In a great location for a walk to the pier, etc. The only downside was the parking, but I booked the NCP, which was only a couple of minutes away. Would recommend and return, thanks Sam for making our stay so enjoyable.

Room was spacious, clean and had everything you needed. Good amount of storage. Location was a 5 minute walk from the beach so was ideal! Will definitely rebook!
