An absolute pleasure working with Damon & Rachel. They were there every step of the way. They have a wealth of knowledge and experience and guide you through what can be a stressful process smoothly and confidently. I cant recommend them enough.. We have 4.8 sliding cortizo doors and they are such good quality and far superior to other brands similarly priced. We had them fitted by s & r precision fitters which damon and Rach recommended. Would 100% recommend Brighter Choice to anyone looking for rooflights / bifolds. Nothing was too much for Rachel, she helped us through the process ensuring our order was as required and delivered safely, even down to the excellent installers recommended (S&R Precision). The pricing was also reasonable compared to other quotes, and we are very happy with the end result.

I needed to replace an old UPVC patio door and having recieved some eyewatering quotes I stumbled across the brighter choice website . The website is presented very clearly and the accompanying you tube videos provided great info on the products and service . I contacted Damon for a quote and recieved a quick reposnse and loads of great advice . based on this I decided to tackle this as a DIY project . The order process was simple and everything arraived as planned with regualr updates from Damon and Rachel on the delivery times . The Korniche doors are great and the simple glazing method means that anybody with reasonable DIY skills could take this on . Once fitted , the action and functionality of the doors is excellent. All in all I ended up with a better quality door i.e. aluminium not upvc and achived at probably half the cost . If your not confident with DIY I still think it would be cheaper to buy from Brighter choice and find a local tradesman to fit . The service and whole experience worked very well . I have included some before and after photos of the door . The last two photos obviously the old door.

We are really pleased to have shopped around for bi-fold doors and came across Brighter Choice online. Their quick and simple estimator helped us realise the potential cost saving over going with a local supplier. Damon's customer service was exemplary. He called when he said he would, always responded to messages I left him and co-ordinated the order and delivery process perfectly. I was filled with confindence by his personal service and attention to detail. As you can see from my photos, the door arrived well packed and delivered on time in perfect condition. The installation team recommended by BrighterChoice did a first class job too Finally, we are really happy that we spent the extra money on the integral blinds, that provide privacy, a degree of security and most sgnificantly thermal insulation from solar heat gain. A very worthwhile upgrade!

We were lucky enough to come across Brighter Choice on the internet and so glad we did. Damon and Rachel have been absolutely amazing and so accommodating. We decided to take on a project which we decided to do ourselves. From building work, plumbing you name it we did it. However, one part I wouldn’t undertake was the fitting of the windows. So with the amazing assistance of Damon in getting the right product for our project sorting of the measurements and getting the windows delivered, it was seamless. I can honestly say it was stress free. The windows were delivered on time and then installed by the fitting team SR Precision (Sam & Ross) Amazing guys and very professional. All in all I would recommend these two companies every time we can’t thank you all enough for making this part of the project the bit that transformed our property!!

Brilliant from start to finish! Loved the online videos which helped clarify my understanding about what exactly I would want. Spoke to both Damon & Rachel who assisted with my queries with regards to glass choice due to sun. Very happy with the service I received and personal touch. Once ordered, they assisted with details of an amazing fitter and even FaceTimed my builder to ensure he knew what would be required when cutting the hole in readiness. Units arrived on time, fitted as per arrangements and I’m absolutely delighted with them. My builder says they’re the best bifolds he has ever seen. I did have one very slight issue with the handle getting a bit stiff after a few weeks but their after sales service was superb and it was resolved with a phone call. Highly recommend Brighter Choice as they produce quality products which are reasonably priced and always provide a great customer service.

The service we received from Damon and Rachel at Brighter Choice was exceptional and a breath of fresh air after other suppliers we had spoken to. They were very personable, extremely attentive and responsive and even took time out of their Sunday afternoon to have a video call with us to talk through the specifics of the threshold measurements which was very much appreciated! Wonderful service, product & fitting. I spent ages choosing a supplier for a 4meter run of aluminium bi-folds. I was determined to purchase from a single supply & fit; after all in that set up there’s only one throat to choke! Then I spoke with Damon and watched some of his videos on the technical aspects of bi-folds, sills & thresholds, no hard sell going on just clear information. Then Damon pointed out that they recommend a fitting team with complete confidence. I spoke to them too. Given the impeccable service and follow through plus the attractive price I took the leap. Am I glad I did, absolutely stunning doors, delivered exactly when and as promised, lots of communication. Very easy process, Fitters turned up at time specified, polite, tidy, efficient workers. Check up by Damon to ensure that all is as expected. It’s more than, even though there’s no roof and no interior the doors are already getting complements, they’re just that good.
