Stayed here for 1 night in December for a Xmas shopping trip. Reception staff were very friendly however when we went into the room the toilet had yellow dried on wee marks all over the seat. I complained to reception and we were moved to a different room. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice. I think the cleaners need to up there game but otherwise it was ok for what it cost .

We stayed in the new block, the room was clean and had good facilities. The staff are fantastic, they helped with a few issues our children had during our stay. The left happy having found a pig, the staff had hidden as a game and won a treat. Lovely service thank you.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating - customer service training obviously worked. Room at this price was totally acceptable . Parking was easy and plentiful. Breakfast and evening meal were good value for money. All in all a very good stay - i’ll definitely stay here again.||.

Stayed here for four nights while holidaying in the area. Handy location for Weston-super-Mare if you have a car! The room was very spacious, clean and was a great price. There are a lot of rooms in the building, and it's right next door to a Beefeater if you want food (we only had breakfast here one morning, but it was decent). We spent most of our time travelling around the area, but it was great to have a base to come back to each night. There is another Premier inn on the seafront at Weston-super-Mare. We stayed at this one due to it having a carpark. There is a lot of sports going on in the area. We considered going to the leisure centre for swimming, however never found the time to get there!

Fantastic day, I’ve really enjoyed myself. Hotel was really lovely and clean. Very welcome and friendly staff. The decorations were fantastic. The room was very clean, tidy and comfy. Had a fantastic night sleep would recommend it again. Thank you very much to Laura and the team.

Nice quiet hotel though hidden away behind the leisure facilities so you feel as if you'll miss the turning. Thankfully enough parking as the area gets very busy at weekends due to football games & use of leisure park, though clears quickly by evening. Beefeater was busy though pleasant atmosphere, we only had a drink here.
