Whilst I didn't say yes to the dress here, I had the best experience! Shauna was incredible throughout and helped me feel wonderful whilst trying on dresses, 3 months pregnant. Importantly, I learned what I liked most and what would work with my growing bump. This made it really easy to find the perfect dress. I highly recommend WLP! Thank you so much!

Ladies….. this place is amazing! You have to go there! I couldn’t find a dress anywhere, I went to white lace and promises tried on a few, instead of leaving disheartened they said “don’t worry we’ll search our supplier and get some others in for you to try” they emailed me with another 8 dress!! They nailed it….. I found my dress!!! They took the pressure off, they knew what I liked…. THEY went out to find it. 5 stars isn’t enough. Amazing place.

I felt so comfortable immediately when I entered WLP, Shauna was so lovely and got everyone a drink and explained the order of the dresses and took time to understand what I was looking for. We were not pressured or rushed at all and Shauna was so respectful and considerate. I found my perfect dress and am so happy! The little touches really make it, welcome signs, drinks, props for photos, a little lucky sixpence after I said yes to the dress and a thank you card in the post the day after! I would recommend WLP to anyone looking to find their dream dress!

I have been to WLP twice to try and find my dress (which I did second time around - yay!) both times I was looked after by Shauna who is just the loveliest person you could meet, she is so very patient, supportive, and empowering. She made sure I felt beautiful in every dress I tried on and didn’t let me pick on my imperfections. She answered all of my many questions and my friends and families questions and had really good advice. I can’t wait to come back to try on my dress again and find accessories and a veil! Coming to White Lace and Promises was an absolute dream, from my first fitting to picking up my dress before the wedding, the staff have been the kindest and loveliest people I’ve ever met. The entire process of finding my dress was made so easy and I couldn’t recommend them more to anyone wanting to have a positive experience when picking their wedding dress.

The staff were so lovely and friendly, they made my sister feel so welcome! Our first visit was great but my sister couldn’t find the ‘one’. We booked a second appointment and Shauna went above and beyond to select dresses specifically that my sister would like. She had some dresses ordered in for her to try in the style my sister wanted. We found her perfect dress! It was a brilliant experience and I would definitely recommend this lovely shop!

The best experience! As a curvier girl, I was so nervous going in and Shauna's kindness and friendliness was unparalleled. Not only did she make me feel at ease, but she made me feel confident in my body, something I hadn't felt in a long time.
