Had a visit from Jason to measure up for a new front door. He was very friendly and gave us good, honest advice and took time to make sure the front door was as in keeping with the house and the street. Staff in the office also very nice. We plan to fit the door later this year after some other renovations. Thanks again.

He made an appointment to come and see me, but he didn't show up. There was no answer when I called or a call back to apologise for not showing up or missing my call.

One of your drivers got out of his van and came and aggressively started an argument with me when I was in my vehicle. I would strongly recommend teaching your drivers how to use an indicator!!! I was the second person cut up by your driver who was driving dangerously on the M5! Absolutely astounded by his behaviour with no follow-up when reported to your company!!!

Can't give 5 stars as we had a bathroom window fitted that was on a slope and too low. This was rectified and replaced with satisfaction
