We hired a wheelchair for my mum when on holiday for weekend at cheddar woods, they were very helpful and delivered it to the park for us and collected when we left. It was such a good service and easier than trying to bring hers with us

I would like to thank Craig and Chloe for their patience, and help, that they afforded me whilst I was deciding on which scooter to buy. The knowledge of all the different scooters was amazing and made it easier for me to decide. There was no pressure to buy but they wanted to make sure it was right for me. I bought a Rascal Veo sport which I have now used for the first time, it fits in the boot of my Toyota Rav4 and leaves enough space for my dog. I have no reservations in recommending this company. I emailed to see if they had wheelchairs to rent. I communicated via email and was impressed with the speed and helpfulness of Chloe. A wheelchair was reserved and I collected it on the allocated day. I had exactly what I needed with the addition of a useful bag to hold shopping etc. Also with walking stick/umbrella holder. The wheelchair was ready on my arrival, we had a demonstration of how to use it. It was clean and in good condition and only £30 for the week.

Came in with a pride quantum 4 with a sensor fault. Absolutely brilliant service from the first phone call. Quickly repaired and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended! Thank you!

I cannot praise WMUK Mobility enough! They are hands down the best mobility shop in the area, if not the whole of Somerset! They listened to my Dad's every need and we found Dad a perfect used mobility scooter which he loves. The range was unbelievable, there were so many choices and Craig was so helpful - he was not pushy but informative and let Dad try out the scooter in the high street before we purchased. Just want to pass my thanks to Craig and the team for bailing us out last minute with a scooter for my sister in law. Forgive the pun but you really did save the holiday as I needed the car for a couple of days so there was no way of them getting about. Look forward to using you again next summer. We hired a portable mobility scooter for a week during the summer holidays and the results were shocking! We were provided with an old, dirty and torn mobility scooter that was patched up with gaffer tape and that needed an able bodied person to help with, it would only go uphill with pushing, the same for any bumps in the kerb. It was provided with 2 batteries which did a max of 1 mile each on the flat (this is generous) It arrived a day late We called to advise it wasn’t suitable and asked them to replace. No can do they said in a very rude way! They did agreed a refund and we asked them to collect it ASAP When they eventually collected the scooter they just walked into a private home (door closed!) , no knocking and we found them in the hallway picking up the scooter. No refund appeared, so we wrote to them, we had to quote the consumer credit act 2015 and advise that we would be claiming back the money through our credit card if they didn’t refund us. They then refunded the money straight away, it’s a shame we had to get serious with them to get the money back. Luckily we managed to hire another from a different company were brilliant, otherwise this company wold have ruined our holiday
