I went to Ears2Hear after having blocked ears for a few days and was greeted by Frieda very professional and cheerful. Frieda took a picture of my ears to start and showed me and explained the whole thing from start to finish it was a very pleasant feeling being able to hear again. I will definitely be using Ears2hear from now on for all my ear wax removals.

Having not managed to clear blocked ear wax with olive oil alone I resorted to finding someone offering microsuction. Ears2hear were able to offer an appointment several days earlier than other small or larger concerns and booking online was easy. The appointment itself was on time and efficient. The processes involved were clearly explained annd the ability to show before and after images made it absolutely obvious that the ear canals had been completely cleared. If I ever need similar attention in the future I won’t hesitate to go back.

Freida was absolutely amazing with my father....also helped us with new tubes for earing aids and advice . My father was comfortable at all times as some of the ear wax was difficult to reach .... Took my 91 year old mum to Frieda following recommendation from Audiologist. Easy to make contact and secure an appointment. Easy to find the premises. Met and made to feel welcome. Initial paperwork clear and straightforward with the process explained. Pleasant room and Frieda is friendly, professional and efficient. Mum was very impressed with the procedure deeming it way better and more effective than the water syringe methods she's been exposed to before.
