Where to start?! We used Key Solutions based on an online recommendation, and were led to Ben Dawkins. I am so pleased we went with Key Solutions, and hand on heart, I cannot recommend Ben enough. He has been absolutely brilliant throughout. Putting us at ease along the rocky ride of our first house purchase, explaining anything we want or need to know in as much detail as we'd like, cutting through the jargon and keeping us on track. I have used Key Solutions on 3 separate occasions now. Most recently being a complicated situation where my fixed rate mortgage was up for renewal at the same time I was trying to sell my house and buy a new one. Max was incredibly helpful with his advice especially in the current tumultuous market. He set up a remortgage on my old house with no early repayment fees so that I wouldn't be paying extortionate monthly repayments on my expired fixed rate while the selling and buying process was ongoing - especially helpful as this process ended up taking 2 months longer than we had expected thanks to solicitor errors - and his advice on when to apply for the mortgage on the new house ended up saving me almost £500 per month on repayments which I was thrilled with. He was thorough and transparent with what my options were and how much they would cost me and helped me weigh up the pros and cons to make my decisions. When I had issues with my solicitor not replying to emails or calls, he dealt with the situation immediately and got my case transferred to a new team within the week. He was a source of reassurance when issues inevitably arose throughout the whole process. I would never go without the help of Key Solutions and they will always be my first choice for help in the future.
