We popped in for take away ice cream and the service wasn’t great. The ice cream itself was average. The toilets were awful.

Visited the place a few days back despite of having a previous bad experience because of the manager(the guy with glass). I said it before and I'm saying it again, It's not the staff members who make the experience terrible, but the manager himself. Cause I found all the staffs are super friendly and smiley. Doesn't matter which day of the week you visit there, they are run out of some items. Authority should monitor the management very strictly if they want to save the business. Otherwise, they will keep losing customers for sure. One more thing. Please turn on the AC as it's summer and extremely hot outside.

I gave it a 4 star because I couldn’t see any dairy free desserts on the menu so had a delicious ice cream dish instead.

From the moment you walk in the smell is enticing. We sat in. When you know what you want, go to the till to order with your table number. We had a crepe with caramel sauce and M&Ms, along with chocolate milkshake (the proper frozen kind) and an Affogato for me, which my daughter loved and took. The young girls (staff) were lovely and helpful. Haha. Will definitely go back.

Visited today with a work colleague and loved it! I had a bueno waffle and it was divine. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Planning my next trip already.

Amazing food, my favourite thing on the menu is the waffle with fresh cut strawberry’s, crushed digestive biscuits, and white chocolate sauce!! It’s the best waffle I’ve ever had. I also like there slush drinks with popping bobas. Edit: I went there again today because it was my birthday 2 days ago. It was good however the didn’t seem to have any white chocolate sauce! It’s still amazing there tho :)

Busy restaurant in the centre of Weston Super Mare. Desserts and drinks only with a large range of waffles and ice creams on offer. When we went we had a long wait for our food 50 + minutes …which surprised us as the restaurant was only half full. You are shown to a table but go up to the bar to order your food then waitress brings it over…it’s rather challenging ordering food as there is one queue for takeout and eating in and the process was quite slow. Ice cream or Gelato was delicious and my husbands waffle appeared yummy!.. Toilets need cleaning they were really quite unpleasant. Restaurant area could do with more cleaning especially the floor Staff appeared rather “stressed” and lacked some communication skills…. That said we enjoyed it all - except for the wait!

Had celebratory dessert with my brother and his girlfriend. Food was fantastic (as always) however service was a little slow. The food certainly makes up for that. I would say best place to get dessert in Weston.

It's has a great concept and a very nice interior. The ice-cream selection and drinks are superb. The only issue is the customer service. This is my third visit, and I have still not received any for of warmth or care from the staff. I think that a simple smile would go a long way. It's obviously just a job to them. If they put more effort into customer care, I truly belive that business would improve and the staff would actually start to enjoy their work far more than they do at the moment. In short, enjoy the food and drinks but don't expect anything else.

When we walked in we got seated straight away the food was relatively cheap but tasted amazing the service was pretty slow considering there was literally no one else in there. When more people arrived even though the entire restaurant was empty they got seated right next to us which was very annoying
