Called for a taxi, 30 min wait. When I got to the car (it was 0 degrees outside so I was inside Lidl) the driver said it was too late and to call again, however he had only called my phone a minute earlier. I called for a second taxi and again told it would another 20 mins, I stood inside the Lidl door waiting and no taxi came as I could clearly see the entrance and exit, called apple and they said we'll it's been and gone. I asked how has that happened as I was waiting the whole time and the man on the phone was SO rude to me saying that it was my fault and that i didn't turn up for two taxis so I couldn't get another. I then explained that I was waiting and no taxi had come the second time and that the service was appalling as I was already waiting for nearly an hour. This man was so so rude and had no customer service at all. He finally booked me a taxi and he arrived within minutes. No issue with the 3rd driver but the person on the phone was absolutely vile. I won't be using there service again

Quick service and very trustworthy, been using them for the past 8months now. Very fast customer service response, impressively punctual and their drivers are friendly. I recommend Apple central taxis anyday anytime.

Always on time, reasonably priced. No issues. This review is pretty boring, so now I want you to imagine me cutting at least 6 of my fingers/toes onto the shape of American fire extinguishers from the early 1900s. New jersey ones specifically. Ta

If my rating was based solely on the Apple Central staff and the return journey driver I would have given 5/5. The driver on the outward journey to the vets was ignorant and rude. I'm a disabled person with limited mobility and suffer with anxiety when faced with situations I don't normally do. So it's always helpful to have attentive drivers whom I don't have to explain everything too.

Excellent service the drivers we had were fantastic on time and extremely efficient we were the group of ladies that were staying at Cheddar woods lodge's. Hopefully see you all next year. Happy Christmas to you all xx

I tried to book a taxi last night and I appreciate that this is an extremely busy time of year and that one might not be available. However, the man on the phone was curt and very rude, definitely lacking in people skills. As this is the first port of call to the business, I suggest that the staff take a customer service training course! I will certainly not be ringing again but will go elsewhere in the future.

We had a really lovely, professional taxi driver on the way to our night out. Sadly this is a poor review due to the taxi driver home. The taxi we had was pre paid for. The taxi driver turned up late, without a clue where he was going. After several calls to get him to the destination, we had to walk to find him. When we eventually found him he reversed dangerously, nearly in to another car. The taxi driver got out of the taxi to greet us and he was acting very strangely, with what looked like a roll up in his hand. When we started our journey home the strong smell of cannabis gave us the impression he had, or was smoking cannabis in the front of the van. When we finally got home I called the taxi office and described the journey and our suspicions, only to be told my judgment was questionable. The operator from the taxi rank told me ‘the driver was Muslim, so he would never smoke anything’. I was absolutely appalled by the taxi driver, the office s staff and their blatant disregard for our safety. You get a taxi to a night out to be safely driven home, not to pay a lot of money for taxi driver who is more wasted than you are.

Really friendly driver, even knocked on my door the good old fashioned way to let me know he was here. Felt extremely comfortable in his company, nice chit chat on the way and safely driven. Thank you Drive! 😊

I think they will literally hire anyone with any capability of driving. Twice now I've been told that the driver was unable to negotiate basic manoeuvres. Some drivers are competent but others are basically novice drivers. You'd think if youre hiring people to drive you'd test them in so sort of way. But apparently anyone can drive for apple cabs.

Used these whilst on holiday last week in Weston-super-Mare. What a great service we had. Turned up immediately, the driver was very friendly, talkative and helpful. Can't fault them, highly recommended by myself and my daughter. Will definitely use them again next time we are in weston.
