Wow! This was the best chicken burger I’ve ever eaten… it was well cooked and with great flavours. Served with skin on fries, which were delicious too. I chose a local ale to go with my meal, and that was really nice. Stuart was a friendly and attentive host, and although it was quiet in the restaurant, it was well presented, very clean and welcoming. Prices were reasonable and I’d definitely recommend a visit, if you’re visiting WSM.

Popped in last week for a cheeky glass of wine while waiting for a bus. What a lovely quirky place! Had a nice chat with the owner ( I’m assuming he was the owner)! Dog friendly so my dog was very happy to be supplied with treats. Very pleasant atmosphere and nice wine! No food on Monday but looking forward to visiting again for lunch!

Great little bar, staff are really friendly. They do lots of live music nights which makes for a change. We didn't eat however the food that can out to others looked lovely, all fresh & home cooked.

Called in after a meal at the Japanese Ikanji restaurant a few doors down, so didn't try the food here, though the reviews do look good. The atmosphere, for a Friday night, seemed a bit quiet. Not a large range of beers for a 'tap' house (not sure if that even means anything anymore), but nicely served. Not as big inside as it looks from the outside. Toilets upstairs. The furniture is a clearly sourced to provide a comfortable, perhaps themed environment. Some nice pieces. Lots of lighting, generally made from pieces of pipework. So I couldn't quite get the theme...partly industrial, partly shabby, partly basic wood. All in all pleasant enough, and I will be back to try the food :-)

Great pub in the centre of Western super Mare. Excellent choice of beers and spirits . Very clean and tidy. Knowledgeable and efficient staff. Had the Turf 'N' Turf 8oz burger , very well cooked and presented. Told they do a good Sunday lunch , but booking well ahead is recommended. Call in you will not be disappointed.

Fabulous welcome from the start. Very welcoming and friendly. Was an early close due to new years eve, which wasn't a problem for us as we were off to a meal. Stopped for a bottle of wine and meet up with friends. Bottle of merlot was £19.50 pretty standard for town. Nice cosy pub with a choice of seating. Family friendly with board games available and dog friendly too. When we next visit town we will pop in again for a bit longer and maybe try the food too.

We liked this pub a lot. Very clean. We split a burger that was very good. Classic wooden floors and comfy furniture. We hung out here for a while taking a rest for walking around the town for a couple of hours. The beer selection was very good. Sam enjoyed the G&T. The toilets were clean.

Sunday roast super yummy! It didn’t feel like typical English pub, it had that nice modern vibe, look and feel. We loved the decor. All meats and vegetables cooked to perfection very nice side veggies different, but how nice! Staff very nice and friendly, attentive. What can I say great place, I really enjoyed, told our friends and are coming back soon in a larger group. Next week 😉😃
