Had a new boiler fitted 2 years ago always going off. Had another installer inspect it and was told not to use as unsafe installation Flue was left unsealed and basket over outside flue not put up. Issued 2 safety certificates which were not worth the paper they were written on. I now have to pay to have all my gas pipes fitted with correct size pipes and all moved . Not going to be cheap. I'm bloody fuming . Gas safe have now done an inspection and again confirmed not safe to use. Would give 0 stars if I could .

Re-arranged a visit several times. Was to supposed to show up this morning at 8am but never showed and wouldn't answer phone calls or texts. Very disappointed, wouldn't recommend at all.

Replaced my gas boiler in a timely manner. House is now really warm. Service: Heating system installation

Waited in multiple times and didn't show, couldn't connect as phone was turned off even when supposed to be on the job, messed us around for 2 weeks
