I love these yoga on demand classes, firstly they are easy to use - I just keep the Tab open and hit play every morning. And I feel energised and calm after using them. Morven has a relaxed and easy going style and I find her pose options very helpful.
Having 10 Different classes works really well so that I can repeat or try a new one in the week. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I attended the wellbeing day last Sunday, and had the most amazing day. The yoga session was lovely and relaxing, and accessible to all shapes, sizes and abilities. We each took a dish and shared a delicious, nutritious lunch and came away with recipes and ideas. The hypnotherapy session just merged all the information from the day into my system, and i left feeling informed and relaxed. I slept so well that night, and continued to feel great for days afterwards. I will definitely attend another day, and highly recommend any of the events.

I have been to Morven’s restorative yoga on Friday evening which is a fabulous way to unwind from the week and relax into the start of the weekend. This week I had a one-to-one yoga session with Morven, this was a voucher I received for Christmas, the perfect gift! I wanted to check my positioning, posture, work on a home sequence and experiment with head stands. Morven chatted with me before the appointment to find out my wishes so she could make the most of my hour appointment.
On arriving I had the choice to have the session recorded which means I can reference it at home. Morven gave me so much information and advice I am so pleased this was an option as I wouldn’t remember it all.
I would recommend Morven as a yoga teacher and would encourage anyone to have a one-to-one session whether you are a beginner or been doing yoga for years it’s well worth it and best of all it was great fun.

I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and have attended countless classes around the world. Morven at Yoga by Nature is a wonderful and authentic teacher with a wealth of experience. I always feel calmer and more centred after one of her classes.

I used to think Yoga was easy, slow and for wimps before a friend took me to a class with Morven. Years later I'm completely hooked. It's far more than just exercise. When you are practised at Yoga it can indeed look easy at times and if you are in a place where you need to wind down it can be slow, restful and completely relaxing. It can also be fast paced and exhilarating. You will reach parts of the body you didn't know you had. You will join a welcoming community where there is no judgement and no competion. You practise at your own pace and level.
Morven will become a dear friend and mentor. You will get so much more than exercise from the practise of Yoga but if exercise is what you want you will get that too. You take what you need when you need it. You attitude to life and your body will evolve over time. Everyone can do Yoga no matter their fitness level or age and Morven is the perfect teacher to guide you along your own path.

Morven's Winter Cheer afternoon was a perfect restorative yoga session for this time of year – relaxing and gentle and with a warm welcoming atmosphere. A really lovely experience.

I really enjoy Morven's teaching! She is very knowledgeable and warm in her delivery and the classes are a great balance of active work and relaxation. I would highly recommend.

I have been enjoying Morven’s yoga classes online for a year, doing them remotely from many miles away. The instructions are excellent and clear, and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, so much nicer than an impersonal class with thousands of followers, especially during the pandemic. Every class is different, but always delivered with gentleness and encouragement, well planned and based on Morven’s extensive knowledge and experience in many aspects of yoga. Morven answers individual queries promptly, so distance is not a problem, and there are classes for all levels, plus many extra resources and workshops available. The cost is also very reasonable, especially on an unlimited package. I would recommend anyone considering a remote class to give these a try.

Morven is a great yoga instructor; her calm and clear guidance is so easy to follow. I’ve been really enjoying her classes for the past few months, so was keen to join the Healthy Sleep Restorative Afternoon. Full of helpful advice, yoga techniques and tips to help achieve a full night’s rest. Loved it. There was tea too!!

Having practiced yoga for a number of years with a variety of instructors, I was delighted to find Morven's 'Yoga and Mindfulness' course to welcome me back to practice after a long break. My physical and mental health improved massively, and her gentle but specific instructions of where to focus attention brought a depth of awareness to my breath and movements that I had not previously achieved. A highly recommended, accessible, knowledgeable and passionate practitioner.
