⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t thank this clinic enough. The team here are not only incredibly skilled with animals, but they truly understand how to care for people too. Their kindness, honesty, and professionalism during one of the hardest moments for our family meant the world to us. They took care of our cat with compassion and respect, explained everything clearly, and supported us every step of the way. I have never met such dedicated professionals. Highly recommended to anyone who wants their pet to be treated with genuine love and expertise.

Today I made an appointment to attend your Vets Practice in Clarendon Road, Weston-super-Mare for a vets consultation with our new puppy. On arrival there were 2 girls behind the reception desk and 2 in the waiting area.  They all had a look at our pupply and asked questions about him, how old, what breed etc.  All appeared very friendly. We were then shown into a consulting room with Rebecca to have our consultation.  We gave as much information as we could about Patch and said that we had brought him in for a full check up due to the fact that the mum had stopped feeding him and that he was the runt of the litter and considerably smaller than the others who had been attacking him. Rebecca then weighed him, 1kg and cuddled him.  She looked in his mouth and smoothed him.  She then said that she did not know when he would be able to have his vaccinations or worming and flea treatment etc, which was when our concerns began.  She then told us that she would have to look it all up on google, not something I would expect from an established practice or vet.  She then told us that he could have one at 6 weeks and one and 10 weeks, but the worming could be given now.  Our concerns got worse when she then told us that she only had sachets for dogs of 4 kg and didn't know how to work it out.  We then went out to reception area where Rebecca told the receptionist that she only had sachets for 4kg dogs and didn't know how to work it out.  The receptionist then went on google and showed us a picture of the item in a paste form and said that we could get it at Vets at Home. At this point my son was feeling quite frustrated and ready to walk out.  I was then asked to pay for the consultation, £64.50!  I was totally gobsmacked and asked her what the charge was for.  The receptionist told me that it was the standard price for a consultation. Had we have received a full and proper consultation from a qualified Vet, Surgeon, or even Nurse and the puppy had received a full and through check up I could have accepted and understood the cost, but to be charged £64.50 for a 10 minute consultation, where at least 4 of those minutes was us giving information and showing Rebecca a video of the other pups and at least 4 minutes of Rebecca searching google, leaving just 2 minutes for the examination of Patch, I find totally unacceptable.

OMG We had the pleasure today of taking our cat Rita to Axe Vale Vets, Clarendon Road Weston Super Mare. Our cat Rita was very poorly with sickness and diarrhoea. The receptionists were lovely and very accommodating and fitted us in. Our vet was Jackie. She was so thorough. She explained everything and her communication skills were absolutely 10 out of 10. Jackie was so knowledgeable, so professional, so caring and so kind. She is the best Vet we have ever had the pleasure to meet. Thank you to everyone. You are a credit to your veterinary practice. We will be with you for many years to come. Thank you again, Rita Steve and Sue Britton. Rita is feeling so much better. Thank you, from Rita

When we moved to Weston we were nervous about finding a new vet , anyways we signed up with Axe valley and don't regret it. They receptionists are so lovely, it's hard to find customer service like that anywhere these days. We have always managed to get appointments super quick and even on the same day. We pay a payment plan for our dog which allows us to get parasite treatments, vaccinations, kennel cough, nail clipping and unlimited gets appointments for £32 a month which am absolute bargain. I would highly recommend Axe Valley.

Been our vets for four dogs for us over the last 30 years. The new company was welcoming, caring and very professional for our rescue dog providing comfort and information on how to take care of her.
