Really great support from Westcoast Property! We recently moved into a new property in Lockleaze, and several people from Westcoast have been incredibly helpful to us, especially Beth and Ali. Beth was so kind and clear today in explaining our rights, particularly regarding the garden which was already overgrown before we moved in. Ali, our property manager, has also been very supportive, offering great advice and guidance during during our move-in phase. This is a late review but I bought a house from West Coast on Alexandra parade in December 2017. They were brilliant from showing me properties right up to exchange. They even stayed a bit later on my exchange day with the manager wearing his fab Christmas jumper ensuring I got my key after a long day of issues. We have rented a house for 8 years in Portishead through Westcoast as Letting Agent. All their office staff and maintenance contractors have been friendly and professional throughout our eight year tenancy. West Coast handled the sale of my property very efficiently and with good attention to detail. They were totally professional and transparent in their dealings with myself, the purchaser and my solicitor. The house was on the market for over two years, but this was due to legal proceedings, rather than West Coast's lack of marketing.
