Excellent venue , nice friendly staff especially in the coffee shop , for our monthly walking football sessions

Was here for Brick - Lego experience - The leisure centre is great for this sort of event. We have been before. Lots of people were there so was a bit tricky finding a car parking space. The event itself wasn't as good a we had been too previously - we thought the number of Exhibits was lacking - we like to see amazing builds. At this event in 2023 there were more sellers .

I use the pool twice a week for lane swimming. The changing rooms are the worst part with lots of lockers in a bad state of repair. Apart from that, it's pretty good.

I don’t recommend it at all. I tried to cancel my membership on 05/09/2023, but received no replies. So I tried over the phone today, 07/09/2023, and the lady said that they have a 1 month notice police. Meaning that I’d pay the correspondent to 7 days in October, right? Wrong! Even cancelling on the first week of September, I still need to pay FOR THE WHOLE MONTH OF OCTOBER. This is ridiculous. So I’m stuck with that horrible gym for one more month. Join any other gym, but not this one.

Great old school feeling leisure centre. Very good prices and a lot to offer. The gym is surprisingly really big and has great new equipment. The staff on reception are very friendly and helpful. Can get busy at certain times of the day but has great selection of activities.

Really lovely large leisure centre, well maintained & great helpful 5* staff. (Only problem I had was a parking ticket, so please be aware) Had a tour of gym - very well equipped, modern & clean. People using facilities are chatty & nice too. Great cafe inside. Used pool & changing rooms, nice to have private showers in ladies but floor in shower could have been a lot cleaner.

I recently joined Hutton Moore. I was greeted by a lovely member of staff called Holly on the gym reception. She was instantly welcoming and checked up on me during my session, which made me feel so comfortable considering I’m new to the area. So far I have used the gym and pool facility and I couldn’t be happier with what is to offer. I’m looking forward to using the sauna and all the other extra benefits you get from being a member . Fantastic first experience

My 6 yr old son comes every Sat for swimming lessons and is very well looked after. His current instructor is lovely and has looked after him really well. The changing rooms are always clean and well maintained whenever we come. I have only had an issue when coming for personal usage and trying to find a locker that works is fun. The people at the front desk are always polite and helpful. There is a cafe onsite but unfortunately, they do barely any gluten free food.

The pool is good for competitions / galas with plenty of space for spectators and competitors. The cafe is good, with a decent range and food is available a lot of the time. A special mention for for the young lady who served me in the cafe, she was polite and helpful. Beat of all when I spilled my chips and sauce as I went to put them in the bin she told me it was not a problem, told me not to worry about clearing it up, she would do it and to blame her! What a lovely attitude.
