Tim Lees recently installed a concrete base for a double garage we we’re having built. From the start of the process nothing was to much trouble. Tim and his team were totally professional while constructing the base and kept the site clean and tidy during the whole process. We would highly recommend them

From initial contact, quotation, site visit prior to commencing work and throughout the build, it has been a thoroughly professional delivery from Tim and his team. The construction of the hardstanding was anything but straightforward, with the site having limited access and being on an uneven slope. Having to seamlessly join our existing driveway to the new hardstanding added further complexity to the build. The job also included the grading of the site (where a previous building stood) to perfectly blend the old with the new. The overall quality of the build was incredible, in particular the concrete slab finish was exceptional and met the exacting dimensions required for the installation of a carport. The skill and craftsmanship delivered by Tim and the team was amazing. We will certainly be using Lees Builder Ltd in the future and highly recommend anyone reading this review to do the same. You will not be disappointed.

We had a full replacement of the felt and tiles on the roof of our 1967 house. Tim handled the whole project from start to finish. He kept us fully informed throughout and we did not have to do a thing. Together with Chris and their skilled team they then carried out the work in a careful and excellent way. We are very pleased with our new roof and would highly recommend Lees Builders to anyone undertaking building work as they are very competent, trustworthy and reliable.

We employed Lee's builders to build a single storey extension on the back of our bungalow to create a new kitchen/family room, utility room and move the bathroom to part of the old kitchen. During the whole process Tim was quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns and all of Tim's guys are courteous, friendly and helpful. A few problems were encountered during the build, the joys of working on a 100 year old house, which were dealt with quickly, efficiently and cost effectively. We are very pleased with all the work undertaken by Lee's Builders and all associated with them and would not think twice about using them again.

Tim and Chris of Lees Building Contractors were fantastic to work with on the many projects that they undertook with us. Always unbelievably calm on site and followed the designs produced to the letter. For example, on a very complicated conservation renovation for 8 apartments in Islington, they efficiently completed and managed the works to a very high standard. Throughout the project they added valuable feedback and always asked relevant questions if unsure, which is a very rare thing indeed! The most important comment I can make is that we worked on several projects after this site in Angel and they have always been professional, punctual and incredibly friendly. Tim, Chris and their team have just completed a major kitchen strip out, restructure and refit with new. The whole team has been a pleasure to deal with and the end result is everything we had hoped for. They are prompt, efficient, tidy and determined to produce a top quality outcome. A refreshing change from the stereotype of builders. They always arrived when they said, were as quiet as the work allowed and left everything tidy and clean when finished. We had a garage extension and utility room done by them and were so pleased with the quality of work we had them back to do the roof later.
