My sister is at Summer Lane care Nursing home W.S Mare when i visited today 5th January 2024 i was so impressed with how polite and wonderful the staff were treating my sister and showed that they cared, 5 stars from me.

Since working at Summer Lane, I have felt welcomed and part of a team. The friendly atmosphere is really what makes a difference to our residents lives and also the staff’s working lives. The staff really try their best to make the most of the days with the residents.

My mother is well cared for at this home, staff are friendly and know their job. Manager always helpful. Top marks to all staff members through these testing times cant thank them enough for all their hard work.

I am so grateful to work with Summerlane care home.The Management and staffs are very supportive and understanding.

Do not put your loved ones in this place they abuse them and i witnesses it. family had a talk to manager and denied all . The family member who was a there care past away soon after.
