Every time my daughter has an appointment, it has always been exactly on time, never late at all! Dr Parfitt, Eve and the team around them are so welcoming, kind and thoroughly explain what will happen in the appointment. All done fast, thoroughly, with very high standards. Would highly recommend!

Went here for an appointment to get my teeth sorted, agreed to go ahead with invisalign so rang to book in my next appointment (which they couldn't do for a month due to the lady I saw only working one evening a week), then recieved a call two days later after booking the appointment, they said I couldn't go for this option as they 'weren't experienced' in doing invisalign on teeth like mine and it would not achieve what I wanted. I asked if anyone else there could help and apparently not. This was two days ago and I have visited two other orthodontist's since, who have both agreed I can have invisalign on my teeth and have 'absolutely no idea' why this centre refused to do it. The centre I have agreed to do this for me have booked my next appointment for tomorrow so my treatment will start ASAP. Have no idea why they declined this treatment but glad I have had to go elsewhere now as I have only had to wait two days to get this started, not a month!
