i want to start off at how shocked i am of the service provided by these solicitors.. leave you waiting weeks for a call back, arrange to meet after a mental health assessment (which i passed) but didn't show up.. i've had Jay Oberoi instructed for a little over two months not once has she met me to go through court proceedings or even build my case to fight for custody of my children after my ex partner has gave them up.. there is nothing to say i can not have my children yet these solicitors seem so incompetent either that or this is another solicitors that stereotype fathers i've never been violent or aggressive with my children or ever charged for assault on my ex so really have no clue why they are treating me this way. on another note i called to speak with my solicitor today and the call was answered by Sarah Rochford a member of the Weston branch i explained my concerns and she told me that jay in always in court or of on holiday which i why my calls haven't been return after a bit of a debate on actions that should be in place she decided that shouting and hollering down the phone at me is a professional way to get her point across shouting over then hanging the phone up....
