Absolutely useless ! You get a text to say medication ready for collection at 10 am, go to collect after work at 5pm and its not ready and have to wait up to 20 min.. its every time then they say you will have to come back as only have some to give you rest at a later date….this date never comes. Staff don’t attend to straight away and to put it simply “ RUDE”. Changing to a different pharmacy as this place is a joke ! Would after so many yrs of coming here say that this is the worst pharmacy in Weston.

I have been using this Pharmacy for a long time . But not any more . The staff is so rude and unhelpful . I was asked to produced for an ID after being a customer for so many years . Apparently the lady forgot me because she hasn’t seen me for 2 years . She remembered that though . After explaining that our house got on fire so the address has been changed for the time being but they keep on insisting for the I D which I have never been asked before . They text u that medication is ready , it’s total chaos there and the medication is never ready anyway . You still have to wait . How awful service . Changed my pharmacy and won’t be going there anymore 😡

Chaotic, never get the texts they promise to say when the prescription is ready so you turn up and have to wait for 45 minutes. Some, not all, of the staff are rude, surly and unhelpful. Changing my nominated pharmacy as of today.

Doing their best, but it's chaos. No calls answered, no text service that's reliable. I've been misdispensed - over Christmas - which was really awful. Some medication was placed back on the NHS spine, as they didn't have it - when I went elsewhere, a few days later, they'd picked it up again, AND they were shut. Random closures at odd times. In fairness, I have also had helpful pharmacist from time to time - I just don't understand why it's SO bad. I live a short 7 minute walk away, but won't willingly go down without calling any more - not that they answer! Aware they're a practice pharmacy but it's not good. I would rather blame the government than the pharmacy, so I feel quite mean - but can't give more than 2 stars, sadly.

What an awful pharmacy. Over the past 12 months, they have repeatedly messed up my elderly mothers prescription leaving her without critical medication. I have stood there whilst they input her prescription only to be told by them a week later they don't have it. I understand the pressures they are under but to deny ever having it is unforgiveable. 4 times this has happened now. I have asked the Doctors surgery to investigate as it must happen to others. And what about those who don't have transport to run around chasing their missing medication. Tonight I was told they couldn't dispnese my mother's prescription howver the person in front of me was told a different story and given hers. Is it because my mother is elderly Nd of less priority now according to them. Cant phone up as they dont answer phone. Cant email so how do I complain! Dont waste your time using them, I went to Boots and was given meds within 10 mins.

Shocking.
Prescription ordered on the 2nd January 23. The surgery delivered it electronically on the 3rd. On the 12th it still had not been filled. The explanation was the surgery are not telling you the truth it didn’t come down till the 6th. And they accepted that six days was unacceptable to fill the order but the assistant explained as they still had prescriptions from December 2022 waiting to be filled a week could have been worse.
The pharmacy has also shortened its opening hours. So you have to wonder is this company failing in general.

Lovely pharmacy, friendly staffs, repeat prescriptions can be easily reorder online and KIOSK machines works 24/7 as I work full time so that was handy - Just had to ring them before hand to get my prescription to be ready in KIOSK.

Now closed on the weekends which doesn't work for those that work 9-5 mon- Fri. Also no text messages anymore to notify you your prescription is ready. Progressively gone down hill. Looking forward to switching to a better pharmacy next year.

I am here every 4 weeks, and I have a lot of items repeatedly. Though sometimes the wait can be long, everyone is always working hard to get everyone seen; but these aren't groceries they're medicines and the staff have to be thorough, that takes time. I am always treated with patience, kindness and professionalism.

They are very slow and sometimes seven days after the doctor has sent through a prescription they still haven’t got it ready and they act as if they’re doing you a favour. Always losing prescriptions and they’ve never got the medication in stock so you only get part of your prescription and have to waste time going back. Very poor, go somewhere else.
