As far as estate agents go, this is one of the good ones. Any issue I've had has been handled amazingly, I've constantly felt valued and listened to, Gill and Deb have been nothing but fair and I would heartily recommend anyone to use this business if looking to rent an affordable WSM property.

When writing this review I almost have to find it laughable that it's not possible to rate lower than one star... to rate one would suggest this company actually offer accommodation that's even remotely healthy to live in, the building is riddled with mold, damp and plumbing problems galore, were told of a warden that lives on sight, do they? If so they must be dead considering they've been asked to look into noise complaints. The company hold no care for the students they host at all and will do anything to rinse you of money, even threaten to take you to court. Dodge at any cost if you wish for your physical and mental health to stay in check.

despicable people, don't do nothing when you need them to like fixing anything that goes wrong and when you come to leave they try to rip you off by making up stuff and taking it from your deposit, if you can avoid them .

Would not recommend to anyone at all.
