Rude and not helpful at all. Now moved to another vets reception but helpful either

Awful experience During COVID I had a diagnosis of boney mets for my rescued bearded dragon (at a separate vet practice who didn't operate over weekends). I later over the weekend decided that it was in his best interest that I had my little guy put to sleep as his condition was worsening. My biggest regret is using this practice. They took him from me and didn't allow me to be with him while he passed and then crammed his dead body into a cardboard box that was far too small for his body. This caused me lots of distress to him bent in such a way so I had to take him out to place him back in his carrier. I wouldn't recommend this practice if you have any exotic animal as they clearly treat them with less care and dignity.

New to the surgery receptionist very friendly but I don’t find the vets or nurses that friendly it very business like but as long as they treat my dog well I can live with it

Fantastic Vets practice. Wilbur is a brilliant vet. Very gentle and caring with the animals and an excellent veterinarian. The same can be same for all the nursing and other staff members. I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Staff are always welcoming and happy to help with any situation and they are always friendly

My cat was put down here, she was very special to me as I grew up with her. The staff said they were going to make a paw print for us as we couldn’t afford to keep her ashes. Went to collect it and they’d forgotten and she had already been taken away. Nothing they could do just a very stupid mistake :(

I wanted to say thank you so much for all you did for my dog Hunnie. I know that she was near the end when I went in to see the lovely vet they operated on Hunnie and I can't believe the difference in her from Friday before last to today . She is so different now she's up and about. I'm not doing too much for her just a bit at a time. All her meds are done except for the pain killer there's a few doses left but I will finish them to help her . I cannot thank you enough for all you did for her xxx Hunnie is so much better than last week she's recovered in leaps and bounds . I can't thank you enough for all that you've done. She's so much happier now xxx

2 new pups registered, chipped, first vaccinations, pet plans and some good advice regarding our concerns with vaccines. Will be continuing to use this practise for the future with our new pets.

All the staff here are amazing, so friendly & caring. Sent us pictures after our cats surgery showing she was doing well. Luna is back to her crazy self living her best life. Thank you 😊

Fantastic service. Needed an emergency appointment and they got me in to see a vet quickly. Very helpful and kind. Recently re visited, again good service. Diagnosed eyelid infected gland and prescribed medication.
