Fantastic service. We had our chimney removed and needed our ariel refitted contacted GilesTV who came out the next day gave free quote which was good and fitted the ariel there and then. Very proffesional and courteous.

I can’t recommend Giles TV highly enough. We had our TV Ariel replaced and Ariel points added to three rooms, also fitting a bracket for a new TV. Giles was very helpful and explained the options clearly, they cleaned and were knowledgeable and professional. Also very understanding to our extremely nervous dog. Absolutely excellent!

Giles did a brilliant job of mounting our starlink dish, taking great care to ensure it was aesthetically pleasing with cables hidden internally and externally. It was a tricky job and he had no problem with extending the cable supplied by starlink (Space X). He gave us good advice throughout and our Wi-Fi speed is now around 100mbps from a paltry 8 or 9mbps as we live in a rural area with poor broadband infrastructure. Delighted! Would use Giles TV again. Lovely guys too.

Giles gave great all round service when our aerial was broken. He came out promptly, gave on the spot feedback of his assessment and options, and installed what we requested. His communication was great, he was a delight to deal with, and really lovely with my elderly mother. Hugely recommended!

I was very happy with Giles TV, very good communication, immediately understood what was required, ordered all the parts, returned one week later and installed everything and got everything working that afternoon. They showed how everything worked so we immediately knew which buttons to press, and gave us some helpful advice for an unrelated Internet issue which solved another problem! Giles and Paul are a great team! Highly recommended!

Giles and his workmate were both really kind, friendly and extremely thorough. They fixed my disabled mum's TV by replacing cables, fixed a satalite dish and tuned in everything needed to make her life easier. This was all done at a days notice too!!! I would thoroughly recommend them.
