A genuine pleasure to deal with as Chair of a local Charity and fellow neighbour of Meadow Street. Rob was professional, thorough, and knowledgeable when I approached him with multiple machines with problems that I thought were to do with the CMOS Batteries. Can't get in touch, tried over 3 days from weekend to work days, ring twice incase they just missed me, no call back, no answers. If they had my PC I would be fairly concerned by now. The reply below is also not good enough, if you're running a business and won't be in, you can leave phone answer machine to say so, you can leave messages on Google merchant to update people... I fix 2000 bicycles a year as a one man band, no one gets left behind, if I'm away my Facebook, Google, website get updated. It's not tricky, parenting isn't really an excuse and as mentioned this was my 3rd attempt trying twice. First was a few weeks ago mid week, then weekend, then Monday yesterday... I can't change my review, it's accurate thus far.

Came in with a custom built pc which wouldn't start (my fault) and was no bother at all to Rob. He fixed it within half an hour with no problems. Excellent service definitely worth 5 stars.

My wife and I were extremely anxious about changing all our IT equipment - laptop, main pc and printer. NP Computers were brilliant. Rob made everything easy to understand, was polite and helpful making the whole process as stress free as possible for us. We are delighted with the service received and the new equipment is performing beyond our expectations!

Just had a new gaming PC built by Rob and the end product is fantastic! Rob is very passionate about what he does and explains everything he suggests and works to your budget limit. The build was completed very quickly and is really impressive. I will be going to him for all my future PC needs.

Been searching for a new pc for a while. Then I came across this guy on Facebook. Looked into his history and decided to ask for a quote for a desktop pc to run quest 2 vr. He was very helpful and to the point of what was required. No beating around the bush and fluffing it up. He told me as it is which I was appreciative of so I knew what I was getting. When I eventually arranged funds and paid him. He was on the job straight away. Arranged to collect a week later. And to say I’m impressed is an understatement. His work is amazing and I’d definitely recommend him to anyone who’s looking for a Pc made to spec.

Highly recommended. Rob tells you as it is, no hard sell, just the facts you need to know and gives great advice depending on your budget. It was time for a new PC and having used N P Computers in the past to fix my machine I didn't hesitate to trust Rob with the spec and build of the machine at a good price and super quick turnaround, working around my existing computer so I could still work. I would have no doubts in recommending N P Computers to people in Weston and the surrounding areas and will be back to get the PC serviced as and when. Top Job.

I’ve waited a while to do this review so I knew it was still fair and honest, I went in about 6 months ago with half a computer and no idea what I needed but the guy who owns it (sorry mate I have forgotten your name, I’ll ask again next time I’m in!) spent a good amount of time with me in store discussing what was important to me, what I needed it for, my budget etc and even applied a bit of a discount for me. He then took my old unit and built me a brand new monster within 2/3 days. 6 months later my machine still runs beautifully, I’ve had no problems with it. I even called the guy up a few days later for some advice and he talked me through the steps I needed to take to get the function working. Honestly, top lad, top products and I couldn’t actually be happier with the service. I’ll be going back again when I need an upgrade or a system cleanse. Top man 🙌

I'm a computer wiz myself and have build few computers myself before but I came across an issue I couldn't resolve so I decided to give N.P computer shop a go and well what can I say, I'm absolutely pleased with the way the service was done and how flexible the owner was with me when coming for picking up my computer etc. Great pricing as well and the owner of the store is great to have a chat with. Great store, great pricing and great atmosphere. I definitely recommend N.P computer shop if you have any computer issues! Will be coming back in the future if I have anymore issues.

I can seriously not recommend NP Computers highly enough. I first entered N.P Computers a few months before I purchased my build not knowing anything about computers, owner Rob, was nothing but an incredible genuine man who explained in detail why a custom desktop build would be far superior to the iMac. Rather than the generic "Mac's are better for creative industries" or "Windows are far more powerful for the same money" Rob naturally explained to me in detail the basic components of a computer and what would be best for me. A few months down the line I finally had enough funds to pay for my incredible machine, at the time the monitor previously quoted had ran out of stock so without failure rob upgraded my monitor that was a little bit more expensive than the previous one and did not charge me extra. In summary, Rob has taught me everything about computers, very limited knowledge but enough to understand what Rob has built me and how superior it is over any other machine I have been on. Throughout the whole process Rob's customer service and honour to the computing industry has been incredible, the time and effort he put into setting everything up, adding accessories to make the beast come to live and benchmark everything to ensure everything is on the right harddrives. This PC was for my business, Free lance photographer, and for university, since the purchase a few months ago this machine has been handling 10,000 RAW and Tiff files a week running through a variety of adope programs and the speed that it has been doing that at has been insane and has put my workflow to a completely new level. I want to thank Rob for the amazing job he has done, for personalising this machine to my needs and explaining in detail. I have met a true friend that I am glad to have met and Rob really does not get the credit he deserves. P.S I will clean the glass soon I promise ;)
