My father has been a resident in Albert House for the past 8 months. During this time we, as a family have been so impressed with the care and attention given to him! His complex health needs have been met and his comfort and happiness have always been a priority for all staff! Family members are welcomed at the home and there are always activities that residents can participate in should they wish to! In addition to this the home is clean, warm, the food is of a high standard - it really is a home from home! We would highly recommend Albert House should anyone be looking for residential care for a family member.

Absolutely great staff, always happy and willing to help with anything. If it was possible I would give you 100 out of 10 . Very clean and well run home I would highly recommend you to anyone who wants the best attention and qualified staff to look after a loved one.

My husband has been a resident of Albert House for 2 1/2 years. The personal care is very high, they seem very well orgainised and he always looks so clean. Laundry is always beautifully done and, unbelievably, he's never lost an item of clothing or ended up with anyone else's! His room and ensuite are always fresh and clean. The staff work very well together as a team, are loving, kind and patient. Overall they really give of their best to deliver s high standard of care. As a family, we're very grateful to everyone at Albert House.

Albert house are amazing! Such kindness and care shown to our Dad for the last 4 weeks of his life. All staff were person centred and provided the best care and support possible. The whole house was spotless and Dad really enjoyed the food. The phone was answered almost immediately on each occasion I called and there was always someone to answer the door promptly.
