Upon arrival we thought we had stopped in at an old age home. Place had that feel about it. The guy who checked us in was polite and informative on parking. The room was made for two midgets. The shower was difficult, as we could barely use it due to it being really a doll house size. If you drop anything in it, you have to step out the shower, pick it up and then squeeze yourself back in. The beds are terrible, don't dare roll over as the squeaking will wake everyone up. As we were fishing and needed to get out the cold and shower etc... it was fit for purpose.

My girlfriend and I had a fantastic stay here. Really comfy, the shower was excelllent!! And it was tidy, clean, and staff were friendly. No issues on my end. Most importantly, the value for money was top notch. Would stay again.

Staff invited themselves into our rooms multiple times once when my partner was getting changed, the flat screen they claimed to have was literally a £20 TV smaller than a cereal box that, the room was dirty and untied dust and rubbish under the bed and behind the drawers which shows the room has not been cleaned properly in a long time, location was brilliant literally a stones throw from the beach. Staff were mixed some were really rude others were very kind and helpful. Was incredibly disappointed with the room we got was completely lied two, day 2 we woke to a woman complaining about this same issue and refused to stay and stormed out as soon as she saw her room, the false advertisement is literally the reason I have to rate this hotel so low.

Really enjoyed our stay this week in a double room with terrace overlooking the sea. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Sam.

I felt outraged and discriminated by my experience in this hotel.
I arrived with my friend at this hotel before at 13:30 (check in time 14:30).
I asked if we could do earlier check in and without checking our names or room, we were told that the room was not ready yet.
I then asked them if we could leave our bags there and come back after having lunch and a walk, we were told it wasn't possible.
We were invited so sit at the lobby. My surprise came when a white British couple arrived at 13:45 and they were checked in right in front of us without asking them anything.
To make it worse the receptionist make a gesture like "don't worry you're next"
Acknowledging our presence (we were in front if him all the time).
When we went to complaint the manager said nothing but sorry and the receptionist gave us a very condescending smile. First he said, I've received the order that the rooms were ready. Why wouldn't he mentioned it and check us in as we were IN FRONT OF HIM. Fair to note that we didn't hear any call.
Even worse at some point the receptionist put his hand in front of the manager like to quiet him and said "oook, I'm new it's my first day" while consistently smiling.
And the manager said "oh... yes, that's it, he's new"
Not only were we subject to colonialist hangover discriminatory treatment but they also treat us as silly children.
I will never step in their place ever again
Noteworthy details: Racist management and staff

Appalling. Rooms terrible, furniture damaged, mains sockets hanging off wall showing wires, bed was broken. No apologies or refund given, food was rubbish and the way they organise it is shocking (given an allocated table and 1 hour to have breakfast)
Do not stay here not for families and definitely in need of proper staffing and management.
Rooms: We arrived late afternoon. Dropped out bags and went out 1/7/23. Was only later that night we discovered the mains socket was loose from the wall exposing wires by the bed (FIRE HAZARD)
The room itself is poorly kept. Out double bed was half broken causing an appalling nights sleep.
When we told the person on the reception it was mentioned with no enthusiasm nor even an apology or refund!
Views are great that's about it!
Food & drinks: Breakfast wasn't good, food was bland, eggs over cooked, the chef apologised for menu and times.
We were told which table to sit at and only given 1 hour to get and eat food, which is very poor in my opinion.
Noteworthy details: Do not stay if you have kids. There not family friendly and the area around the hotel screams chap back ally brothel vibes.. WILL BE PAYING EXTRA NEXT TIME TO STAY SOMEWHERE BETTER!!

Rooms are small thin walls . We stayed in double room with sea view and balcony but balcony can be accessed from lounge by other guests so no privacy needs to be sectioned off as other guests can come up to you window from balcony dog friendly which is good . Needs updating but owners said should be done later this year . There is parking outside but be ready to have calls to move your car as you are blocking people in or put of spaces as the parking is double rowed not great when you don't want to get disturbed .states there is a bar but wasn't available on our stay maybe a nice hotel after refurbishment
