Shocking!! rude receptionist, told me no appointments and wasn't there to have this conversation when I explained it was important that I see a GP after being told to by the boots pharmacist as they could not help either. the whole system is broken and a waste of time and maybe receptionists should show more respect the same why they demand patients show them.

Useless. Been seen by every Dr possible (I believe) since October 2023 for the same ongoing issue. Every Dr has more or less prescribed me the SAME prescriptions that don't work every time. I finally found tablets and ointment that work and was supposed to take them for 7 days. I made a request yesterday and was given an appointment 4 days later (following Monday) but my tablets had ran out. I was told by the Dr herself at my last appointment if I need more tablets then to call in and request a prescription however I've been refused and made to wait. This is not acceptable because over the weekend I'm being made to suffer!! AVOID

Absolutely the worst Doctors surgery. Randomly stop your medication, don't read your askmyGP requests properly, hardly ever available (even online) etc. I can see why their rating is inadequate - they really are.

Inadequate and placed in special measures according to the care quality commission on September. I was going to write my own review, but then I noticed the updated cqc report and figured it explains well, maybe I will explain my horrific case to them and the gp's national reviews or whatever it was instead. If we complain enough, pier health group might get kicked out, the cqc said so :)

Been waiting for a call back since last week trying to get some documents printed. There saying they have been trying to call me but my phone hasn't rang my phone has been with me the hole time and the volume is fully turned up.

Tried getting an appointment for a family member, cannot book anything in advance even for routine bloods. Absolutely disgraceful

Terrible service I'd give it 0 stars if it let me. You'll be waiting hours on hold and even if you're lucky enough for someone to answer you'll be greeted by some as*hole receptionist who just wants to get rid of you as fast as possible or will tell you call back some other time. The doctors aren't much better either unfortunately. Can't wait to switch GP's. If you value your mental and physical health as well as your time then choose another GP.

I have been a patient here for around two decades, always satisfied with the service. Lately, despite the covid hangover health centres are experiencing I have been more than satisfied with the care and advice administered by the team.

Called last week to check out about covid vaccine availability and adviced that every Tuesday available in locality centre.Called again this evening (Tuesday) and said it is available and to walk in. Went there with my 3 children around 3:30pm, they said it’s closed today. Very disappointed service..please never go there.. I have numerous experience before especially very irresponsible staff

Hopeless. You need your prescription? Go without til we can be bothered. Stress stress stress. Its ok you will get them sometime. This place was great til you took over and you are on the way of killing patients off. Tablets aren't taken for the sake of it. They save our lives. Its getting worse, if it could get worse. Hell of a day. Stress, depression more stress and you can't take much more
