AVOID!!! Whitecross windows is Kurtis Grant. He responded to my post on the findabuilder website, and contacted me repeatedly to try to get the job, and then came around to look at the window. While here he warned me about the danger of not fixing it immediately (e.g., how it could be liable for manslaughter in case of accidents) and pressured me to book him in to get the job done before the end of the year, and then to pay in advance, which I foolishly did. He then stopped communicating, except to confirm dates which he never showed up to. He didn't ever tell me he wasn't coming, but when he failed to show and I contacted him he always had an excuse for why he hadn't come. I've now given up on getting him to do the job, and will have to pursue him through the small claims tribunal. Whatever you do, avoid Whitecross windows.
