We were actually NHS patients at this practice up until Covid . After this there was a complete lack of NHS dentists and our appointments kept getting cancelled. I note a comment on this site dated some 7 months ago regarding being unable to get treatment and the subsequent reply from the My Dentist Patient Support Team saying "If a patient does not attend the practice for a 2 year period they can be removed from the practice list.It is the responsibility of the patient to make sure they book the next appointment at the given time. Failure to do this will result in the removal from the practice books in order to create space for the growing waiting list of patients trying to access NHS Dentistry" This is a joke, it was not a case of not attending but that appointments were being cancelled. In the light of the recent Governments' latest proposals this practice needs to re-instste all those patients that had appointments cancelled through no fault of their own before taking on any new NHS ones. It will be interesting to see what happens.

I phoned this morning as one of my teeth had broken off and was given an emergency appointment with Mohamed Saad for a few hours later. He was polite, kind and did a very good job. There are no NHS dentists at this practice now or it would have been five stars. Even so the price was not extortionate.

Have to go to their hygienist after pandemic since all dental clinics were fully booked. Not satisfied with the work. Did not exert much effort to scrub and clean in between teeth and near the roots.

Rang as soon as the phones opened (rang about 6 times from 8.30 until they eventually turned the phones on) to be told they only have 2 part time practitioners and their 1 emergency appointment had been taken for today. I've been awake all night in absolute agony!! this used to be a really great place to go but now I'm going to have to find somewhere else.

Called for appointment since in abit of pain was advised I can have a private appointment but no nhs dentist. Was disappointed since they have not told any of there patients about this. If I had knew before would of sort a private dental practice but think they are hoping all there old nhs patients will go private with them. Update: I was at your practice twice last September for 2 emergency appointments and had a hygienist appointment a few months ago. Have been told several times no appointments available for check ups on nhs but you will be happy to give me one on private the week after. Last September was in lot of pain after cracked tooth (been cracked over 4 years) broken I had to wait ages for emergency appointment because pain ain't a emergency. Was on zapain from doctor for it.

Can I score it a 0?! I've still not had an appointment a year later. They now have no dentists. Don't waste your time. To have an appointment booked for 5 months then cancelled 3 weeks before you're due to be seen is a very poor standard of care. My sons first appointment seeing the dentist but having spoken to the practice manager, apparently they have no duty of care towards him. Her words 'I don't have a crystal ball' as to when they will be in a position to make appointments again - not the most professional manner. If you can, find an alternative dentist.

Appalling Practice!! My daughter had a filling at Beaconsfield that fell out, I phoned for an appointment and we were told 3 months wait, they then cancelled this appointment as her dentist had left. We phoned back to be told her dentist was returning so she was put on a waiting list. I called today for an update to be informed she was never returning and they no longer take nhs patients. The receptionist right from the start had a very patronising, condescending tone, was extremely unhelpful and we are now left without a dentist.

Very poor service. Can’t get an appointment and my filling has come out (that they put in only months ago). They say all of their NHS dentists have left but I can pay private but can’t get an appointment until 20th February!! I asked what to do in an emergency and was told to call 111 or go to A&E! I am in need of treatment now and I’m unable to get it! I don’t mind paying! The receptionist was very polite and apologetic, not her fault obviously.

Just had another letter to say my check up has been cancelled. My regular appointment was cancelled as my dentist decided to do private care. So I had a check up book with new dentist as I have a broken back tooth and couldn't just be seen.when I asked why due only having two dentist and are backlogged.check up not available till next year. I'm on a cancellation list but I work full time and can't just drop work with an hours notice .if my tooth starts to hurt to ring in the morning for emergency appointment. Totally disgusted with this practice but have the feeling this is happening everywhere

Phoned for a hygienist appointment but they were full until August, when I said I’ll try elsewhere they offered me a private Appointment with a dentist & said they could do the same treatment for the same price as the hygienist. I paid £50, I arrived for my appointment that was at 14:00 and I was out the door at 14:06pm …. The dentist literally spent 2 mins cleaning my teeth, he literally did it as if it was a race to the finish. I’ve have a problem crown which he didn’t spend any time on. I felt he didn’t care at all about the level of treatment or service he was giving, just wanted to take my money & get me out as quick as possible. I feel completely ripped off.
