What a dump!

I was at the copse this time last year and only Naw nearly a year since I was discharged I can find the strength to leave feedback as a ex pashont at the copse the staff and management all team up together there is a lot of man handling and restraint this is sopost to be a rehab people in a rehab facility services should be there in agreement pashonts that doesn't want to be there ar being restrened daily the copse have no control and restraint rooms yet the staff take turns in keeping serton pashonts under fiscal restraint there not a medium security set up thay should not be keeping people under fiscal restraint under a rehab branding I my self want to refer to a incident what was happening to me I was restraint in my room by a ot member of staff and a support worker the ot staff member was named Arron and the support worker named tamarra Arron held me down on my bed and Tamara smothered me with a pillow till I past out I told staff but no body lisons by tony Anderson

I have worked at the Copse for 5 years and I can only say its the best place I have ever worked. The staff work hard and are a pleasure to work with. I feel well led and supported by all managers and the director. The patients are well looked after and I would highly recommend it as a place of work.

Awful place. Unsafe, staff asleep on job when they're supposed to be doing hourly (sometimes half hour) checks on vulnerable patients, very high turnover of staff who are mostly agency workers. I would be deeply concerned if I was ever unfortunate enough to have a friend or family member placed here.

I have worked here for a few years now. It is a brilliant place to work it is well managed and all the staff are friendly. I highly recommend anyone to work at the Copse.
