'Phoned regarding double glazing panels requiring replacement..told that they would call me back... No call over a week later..Guess my job too small for them to bother.. Disappointing

Price was good and windows were made quickly. All the problems started with fitting. Their fitters done a lot of damage in just refurbished property, ceilings, walls, architraves all damaged when carrying stuff in and out. Smear marks left on and around windows. Also fitters don't have FENSA certificate, they just used pen to cross out somebody else's name and write down theirs. That was shown on how badly windows were installed. One of the windows was installed so badly that when it is closed, rubber seal wont even reach the window itself so that the draught comes trough. Merlin windows won't even come back to me about putting it right. I have attached a photo with the line showing where the rubber seal lands on the window when closed

Fantastic company with friendly staff who are very helpful. Good quality windows at a good price. Can't ask much more than that.

We have doors that have never fitted since instalation but they won't help
