Very helpful ladies, didn't have what I wanted but gave me a winter catalogue with 15% off and said to look online... I've ordered what I want now with that extra saving and it's being delivered to the store 🙃 Also unsure of sizing bug they said they can take online returns back too

Went in to look for wellies. They had a small selection, however they were very wide around the calves and slipped of your heels when walking, so no use to me. I also felt the prices were very steep for the quality offered. The other items were well laid out and good choice. Staff friendly and available to assist if needed. Didn't go in for anything else so ate unable to offer an extended review. Shop located in sovereign centre. Disabled access, parking and toilets available nearby.

Shame the service was poor from the man today could not be bothered to fold my jumper up or asked me if I would like a bag. Good sale there 70% off many items ,

Visited the store today to purchase some items for my children’s trip. Store was really busy and staff were working very hard but still made time to help me with my purchase. Was asked for email and got a 15% voucher for next month in return and picked up some towels that were reduced and then half price Keep up the great work

Visited here a few times recently and had great service Personally Recommend giving your email address as you get offers given to you to save money on the next month and also get half price deals when you purchase anything so take advantage like I do.

I don't like this store at all. All I got was terrible service. The staff just stood at the till chatting. They don't smile and did not offer any customer service at all. Terrible store. Other stores I have visited are fine, but not this one. A simple thank you would go down well.
