Sam was so helpful on our arrival, the room was the cleanest room I have ever stayed in. Very homely feel to our Room, has everything we needed with access to a Kitchen and dining area. Lovely little touches including hot chocolate, tea and coffee in our room. The fridge was a fabulous help. The bed linin smelt amazing and the towels were so soft. A few minutes walk to the sea front then around 15 minutes to the pier

I had the pleasure of staying at Sam's guesthouse, spotlessly clean, very well presented and Very helpful if you need anything. We had the front ground floor room which is bright, airy and very comfortable. The guesthouse is close to the beach and 5 minutes if that drive to the pier and town centre, walkable distance. This will be my 3rd stay since July in the same room and always feel welcome.

Really enjoyed our holiday it was me and my 2 children aged 8 and 9. We stayed in room 1 it was right near the entrance so we didn't have to go upstairs or anything and although our bathroom was separate to our room it was just for us so was still private.the room was clean and tidy and had a fridge ,kettle and towels. We had freedom to use the kitchen including the microwave And there is an area to eat and relax if wanted. The wifi was great we had 2 tablets and a phone all on YouTube ect without issue. The guest house is a fair walk from the main attractions but this didn't hamper us but I would say if you have mobility issues ensure you have some transport ect. There's a lovely park nearby and you can buy nuts to hand feed the squirrels from the cafe there which was lovely aswell. The beach is only a few mins walk away and there are shops just around the corner and I didn't have issue parking within a short walk and I moved the car a few times to go to Brean ect. I have already booked for next year as it was so cheap compared to all the other guest houses currently there isn't a breakfast provided but there are cafes and shops nearby we had no issue finding decent food. The cleaner does top up your coffee and milk ect and cleans around some days and just ask Sam if you need help.

My husband and I had an truly wonderful stay at the Parasol guest house in Weston-super-Mare, Sam was an absolutely brilliant host, he made us feel so welcome and the guest house was spotless. We enjoyed it so much we booked to go back again within a month.

Firstly the outside of the first house was clean and the hallways were also clean and tidy, keycode was good host was pleasant and welcoming then got to room 5 it was a huge disappointment didn’t feel clean the walls need redoing as the walls were chipped paint marks around the room and bits of mould spots, condensation on the windows and dusty. The shower plug was brown around the edges generally didn’t feel clean at all also the noise from the street was very loud. The host then moved us to bedroom 7 it was better than the previous room again the walls need redoing due to chips and paint marks the door had marks on it, the mirror on the door missed a big part we spent majority of the day/night outside of the hotel we were booked for a future stay but after the disappointment of the first room we wouldn’t return which is unfortunate as the place has huge potential and the host was nice

Fantastic value for money. Spotlessly clean and comfortable en-suite rooms. Lovely bed. Only ten minutes walk at most from the main restaurants and attractions. Staff were so helpful and nice. Wouldn’t hesitate to return

Room wasn't big but was cozy, bright and clean, and had everything we needed to spend two fantastic days in the area - and having a fridge in the room is always a plus! WiFi didn't work any of the days though. We had a warm and friendly welcome from the host, and there is a lot of free parking around.

I had the most wonderful stay at The Parasol Guest House in Weston Super Mare over the weekend, you are in such a short walking distance to all the main attractions. The room was super cosy, and very clean with tea/coffee facilities and a lovely little fridge for drinks and snacks. The guest house owner, he was so lovely and extremely friendly/very helpful too. Will definitely book to stay here again next time I decide to make a trip to Weston.
