As a tenant who has viewed alot of potential rental properties and dealt with a whole host of estate agents recently, I hedged my bets on 2 properties I viewed on the same day,with different estate agents. I paid for the referencing checks with both, and waited. Spaces & Places kept us up to date with progress. Did all the checks with minimal fuss. The other estate agents were problematic and checks felt invasive. Today. I met Lana to go over the agreement and varying paperwork, she was extremely helpfull and articulate. I was made welcome, and felt relaxed and comfortable. I now have the keys for a home I'm very happy with and cant thank the team enough for their efficency, help and advice.😁

Very helpful team. As a landlord of 1 property whose tenants had been in the property for 7 years, I wanted to make sure I was up to date with any changes in regulations. They helped make sure I ticked all the boxes for what was required. Conducted referencing, arranged tradesman to conduct work I needed, and carried out thorough inventory and all at a competitive price. If required, I would happily use them again.

The team is fantastic and extremely professional. I wouldn't just recommend them from a tenant point of view, but to any landlord who is looking for a letting agent to look after their property and to get the right tenant/person into your home. The amount of documentation, forms, and bank statements and checks that were needed for the tenancy is a lot and, at times, frustrating to me the tenant, but at the end of the day, although I knew I would be a good tenant, Spaces and Places were extremely thorough. I'm really happy with them as a letting agent personally.
